Going to the gym has been something which many people, including myself, have always said they want to do for a variety of reasons, from mental health reasons to just overall body fitness to include a few. I've wanted to go to the gym for similar reasons also, so I decided earlier this year to start going. Pros : Gym is really good, neat and clean with lots of modern equipment and machines. Gym owner Shanveer is a very good human being. Cons : Subsciption for gym is very economical, so at somedays influx of crowd is high but its manageable with choosing time slots wisely. Overall quite good experience, I was missing Bangalore's like urban gym due to Work From Home, but Body fitness exceeded all expectations
