This gym is truly a gem! The coaches are incredibly supportive and motivating, always pushing me to do my best. They genuinely care and look out for everyone, they always keep everyone in check to make sure no one ever feels left out. The atmosphere is so welcoming, making it a pleasure to work out. Everyone is so encouraging and positive, creating a truly supportive and friendly environment. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fantastic workout experience.

Going to the gym has been something which many people, including myself, have always said they want to do for a variety of reasons, from mental health reasons to just overall body fitness to include a few. I've wanted to go to the gym for similar reasons also, so I decided earlier this year to start going. Pros : Gym is really good, neat and clean with lots of modern equipment and machines. Gym owner Shanveer is a very good human being. Cons : Subsciption for gym is very economical, so at somedays influx of crowd is high but its manageable with choosing time slots wisely. Overall quite good experience, I was missing Bangalore's like urban gym due to Work From Home, but Body fitness exceeded all expectations
