I had stayed in this hotel earlier and it was good, but now the service has become very poor. The rooms are old, not properly furnished, and the reception response is zero. In Room No. 502, the washroom door does not even close. Even after shouting at reception, they sent a carpenter but the problem was not fixed, and they also refused to change the room. Very bad experience." 1-damaged tiles 2-damaged windows ac 3-Room roof celling is bad 4-bathroom door damaged 5-Very old room 6-Staff responding zero 7-nonsense type of staff
Hotel ANS International, Raigarh I recently stayed at Hotel ANS International during my official visit to Raigarh. The hotel is spacious with lift facility, and though it's an old construction under maintenance, it offers a warm and welcoming vibe. My room (402) on the 4th floor was spacious with a lovely hill view, neat bathroom with all amenities, and perfectly working AC & TV. The highlight of my stay was the dining experience. Both veg & non-veg restaurants serve excellent food. Special thanks to attendants Rubi and Anjana for their kind service and perfect food suggestions. The buffet breakfast, with its variety and taste, truly impressed me. Overall, a hassle-free stay with great food and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Raigarh!

I had the worst experience from Make my trip app and Hotel ans international, the hotel had the most rude, arrogant, mannerless, classless guy as the receptionist which denied giving us the room we booked and paid prior. Even MMT had the worst customer dealing experience and gave us no refund and no room. I was stuck outside the hotel with no where to go in the rain. Please just refund my money!
