Great unisex gym with a spacious and motivating environment . Equipment is also in great condition and well maintained. Trainers are also good and have knowledge about diet and muscle training, they also take functional training sessions everyday. some of them were past bodybuilders as well. Gym also includes muscle recovery facilities like steam and sauna. You can also have body massage if you want. Overall, Perfect gym for anyone looking to stay consistent with their workouts.

Good gym but worst staff don't go this gym until Anjali is staff of this gym from last few month 15 members left the gym because of her Shanti Fitness is a great gym with excellent facilities and the workout environment is motivating. However, my experience with the front office staff, particularly Anjali, has been disappointing. She displays unnecessary ego and makes it difficult to access facilities like the sauna and steam bath. This attitude detracts from the otherwise positive experience the gym offers. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for all members. After posting my honest feedback, I received calls from the gym staff requesting me to delete the review. I believe every customer has the right to share their experience-good or bad-without being pressured to remove it. Instead of addressing the issue raised, they are more focused on silencing criticism, which is disappointing. I hope the management shifts its focus toward improving member experience rather than controlling public perception.
