It's a very well equipped and we'll furnished gym with great trainers It has 1. Cardio section + CrossFit 2. Pretty much every weight machine 3. Steam bath section (one time free for those who equipped personal trainer) 4. Zumba and dance classes The best thing that I like here is the friendly environment

Nice workout place, situated on 1st and 2nd floor of the building. The space isn't "great" but you can manage to do workout at all sort of situation. There in a generator in case of electricity emergency. You don't get AC, but you will get Air Conditioning Ducts to cool down the temperature of the workout place.

Gym is nice with all the equipments in good condition But I switched to Zumba classes conducted on the top floor named as "Iron addict dance studio" which is really effective plus instructor is also good with his work.

Very nice gym, it has very advanced machine, it is much costly as compared to other but overall gym is very neat & Clean,. And for male they have male trainer and for female, they have female trainer.
