It's been 7 months since I joined Yours, I really enjoy coming to the class, the trainers encourage and motivate you to reach your potential. The enviornment is friendly and I can see the results also The trainers train you to improve your overall personality we learn something different everyday, like zumba,strength training,dance, yoga. I lost 7kgs and now I have ideal weight according to my height. The enviornment in yours helped me to improve myself and I do love coming to the class.
