There is every required equipment to build a massive muscular body. There are 5 male trainer and 1 female trainer but she is only available at morning hours, they are experienced even expert in yoga too. The best part is the owner of gym is very polite, understanding nature, proper knowledge of suppliments and with perfect physique. There is a proper management of cleanliness and hygiene. Timing of gym is morning 5 to 11 and evening 4 to 10. There is no limit of duration for workout even you can come both the hours
