Gold's Gym

I have been a member of Gold's Gym Bilaspur for some time now, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The gym's facilities, particularly the steam room and showers, have not been functioning properly for the past several months. Despite repeated complaints, the management has been unresponsive and unable to provide a clear timeline for resolving these issues. Professionalism and customer service are key aspects of any reputed fitness center, but the lack of accountability from the management here is concerning. Members expect a well-maintained facility, especially when paying for premium services. Unfortunately, the persistent lack of basic amenities and vague assurances from the staff make it difficult to recommend this gym. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to improve its service standards.

Better than the rest the city has to offer. Equipment quality is too class. Hygienic and clean, properly maintained. Front desk and overall staff are very good. Must be place. RECOMMENDED.

The ambience is so well maintained and the people are also friendly. The trainer is bit less engaging with the client if you haven't opted for personal training in the exercises. If you are beginners then obviously you will have to enquire more with the trainers about the postures and exercises . For the one who has already done the gym in the past then this is the perfect place for you.

It is a very good place, especially the trainers here because always motivate all the people that you work out well

Overall a 3 star gym in Bilaspur. Pros: spacious, good trainers, machines are also ok. Cons: helpless front desk, even after saying for months to improve the boxing equipments they didn't take any action and they even admitted that. Steam doesn't work.
