The yoga classes are very well conducted on time with full support and attention on each person .but there are some cons of this yoga ashram . 1.being the second big city of chattisgarh ,the yoga gurus here are very narrow minded and I'll mentality person .being a man I was asked not to wear shorts that was skin fitted particularly used for yoga and gym activities . I was wearing not any loose clothes that might my undies . It was well perfect skin fitted . So according to that male yoga teacher one should come to yoga wearing fully covered clothes without showing any skin. After 2 days again he asked me to wear long tshirt so that during bending exercise my waist wouldnt become visible. I don't know what he see in Women and girls . He is very good yoga guru but this habit of him is very irritating.yoga is meant to connect with nature and soothe and revive your skin .with such ill mentality gurus or people bhilai and chattisgarh are not progressing . 2. I don't know how people there don't have any sense . They don't care about bringing their own yoga mats . Most of them are from middle class families and some of them come by car but they won't hesitate laying on used mattresses provided by this aashram . They simply bring the chaddar and spread over used mattresses and start doing yoga . I left this ahram after 5 days because of irritating attitude of sir . He thinks that everyone should involve in sadhna ,chanting ,yagya and Bhajan which takes place in the ashram . He should atleast know that not everyone person is interested in such spiritual things . There are still millions of Indians ageing above 50 going to gym with good shape . I went there to learn yoga which I felt like learning but the sir was more interested in people's clothes .
