Not a Gold Gym franchise. I came from Raipur and went for gyming using Travel Pass but they declined. They said they are not a Franchise of Golds Gym since 2022 but using Golds Gym Name. Even the infrastructure is not good, treadmills are not working properly, floors are sleeping while workout, Kettlebell is not there even benches are not there.
Nice Gym, Well behaved and experienced training staff, Free BMI checkup and Diet plan, Well maintained Life fitness equipments and steam bath. All n all well maintained and good Gym for beginners at this price range. A bit congested but it's manageable
It's a good place for people starting out there fitness journey. The prices are relatively high but they do give discounts and reduce the prices if you ask them to do so. They have plans for 1 day, 1week , 2weeks which was fascinating for me because I saw that for the first time. They do your bmi when you first go to the gym.
A good spacious gym with specific machines for every muscle movement... Nice and guiding general trainers. A little expensive but worth it
The name should not be gold's Gym it should be fraud's gym.the owner and the staff are fully fraudsters.first they will sell you the package of 2+1 but will allow you to do workout only for 1 month.and will not give the receipt of the payment you did to them.when you argue with them they will say that the manager had changed and the fraudy owner will say that you have paid for one month only.
