Sachin sir has thorough knowledge of yoga and he preaches all techniques of yoga. After attending his classes my back pain was much better and I use to feel energetic and with pranayam my mind use to feel very calm and relaxed.. Highly recommend him for people seeking to practice yoga

Have taken online classes from Mr. Sachin, I was doing yoga for the first time and the experience was ethereal. I had seen weight loss, flexibility and holistically better health only in a span of 2 months. Really recommended for all age groups!

How to get a beach body: Join Yoga with Sachin at Omkara Yoga Studio. Your class/session always feel thoughtful. I appreciate his enthusiasm for teaching yoga. Sachin is curated professionally that all Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced get indulged with him. I joined him for a short period but it was worth spending 1 hour yoga session with him.

Sachine..... has earned the title of yoga GURU through his hard work and will attempt to explore some points about him. > He is a kind and gentle professional. During our healing yoga session, his attention to detail was unparalleled. When I arrived at his studio, I felt a strong sense of calm, and every moment of my session was filled with peace and tranquilly. It was a fantastic experience! > His expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility, and attention to detail combine to make him an excellent instructor! He employs that perception to assist students in correcting and improving techniques, as well as tailoring individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. > I'm not sure why I put off trying yoga for so long. For nearly 8 years, I suffered from severe neck pain. My orthopaedic doctor referred me to physical therapy, and it appeared that my pain had subsided for the time being . Sachine is the type of person who listens and tailored my specifical needs and goals, I got faith on him after two yoga sessions. He is a very professional and knowledgeable instructor, and I highly recommend him! Please keep in mind that this is not a paid or emotional review!! I could have given him a 5, but you know there are always opportunities for improvement and I don't want to limit him.

Love the yoga and the additional sansations is fun to do, regardless of ability etc.there is good mix of free time and organized stuff and the walks, the class is really good workout and also very relaxing,my balance and strength have improved it has reduced stress.. thank you sir for being an amazing teacher thank you for your guidance and support thank you for being inspiration to me n my son
