The Tiger Gym

an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. Their group classes are challenging and fun they focus on strength training more than group classes I've tried which I love. It's great to be able to really get stronger and have proper form in a group setting, while still getting that cardio in. Easily the best gym in the city, reasonably priced and a great workout atmosphere - nice but not fancy, lots of people serious about fitness. Ive gotten some of my best training advice from staff there. This gym has the best energy, staff, and feel. Everything is so clean, every trainer closely watches and corrects everyone's form. Love this place! The trainers are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. The workouts are tough but rewarding and produce amazing results quickly if you commit to it!

The gym is quite good as the trainers there, are very attentive and respectful towards the gym. Members and all the equipments are available here, no shortage of water chilled water available and air conditioning facility also available, they also maintain cleanliness there so I'd like to say to give it a shot.. It's a good gym

I'm here for Zumba sessions. The overall experience is good as the trainer is well behaved, supportive and helpful. The sessions include not only dance but stretching, yoga and many more things. The ambience is energetic, well maintained and hygienic.

Horrible staff Arrogant trainers (very few are helpful) Non-sense rules Crazy owner (has no idea what he is doing) Everyday you will hear a new rule Unprofessional and uninformed staff Frustrating dealing with these people Each staff talks about a different rule everyday and nobody exactly knows what are the exact rules. They play music in gym on TV Only thing good is the equipment. Everything else deserves a big 0. I will never join this gym every again!!!! Highly disappointed.

Beware of this gym!! Pathetic!! Non-sense rules!! Its a gym with weird rules. This is a gym where no one will tell you about the weird rules they have while taking the admission. You get to know about their non-sense rules only during the workout. 1. They wont inform you about a different package they have if you want to workout between 11-4pm which is cheaper. They took full amount from me even when I told them that I will be coming to gym between 12-1pm due to my working hours. Now I regret joining this gym. 2. They don't play music during this time as they are afraid to pay the electricity bill incurred by playing the music system, and you are forced to workout in silence. If you ask the reason why, they give weird looks and don't have any logical answer for that. They just say that the owner has asked them to do so. 3. They don't provide all the treadmills during after 11am, again because the owner cant afford to pay the electricity bill incurred by running the treadmills. Moreover, its not mentioned anywhere, and you get the shock only when you are in full mood to workout and they come up with these non-sense rules. 4. Few of the trainers are very arrogant and wont answer you back properly. I faced disappointment every time I went there to workout, because of their non-cooperation and the weird rules set by the owner. I have never seen such a pathetic management. The staff is there to meet their targets and thus wont inform you about all these rules. They just want you to enroll and then for everything they have the same answer- "Sir bataya tha na11am ke baad....." Small town, small gym, smaller mentality... The owner needs to grow up and need to learn from other better gyms on how they operate. And come up with justified and logical rules, and not set the rules just because he feels like doing it. I REGRET JOINING THIS GYM!!! :(
