MFC - Meharban Fitness Center is proudly owned by Mr. Meharban Singh Virk. Mr. Virk is associated with the fitness industry since last 26 years & have achieved many milestones in his fitness journey. If you are serious towards your fitness goals MFC is the place for you wherein you will be guided with specific diet plan & training regime keeping in mind your desired goal. You have to do it to believe it. MFC is like second home to me. I may not be a professional bodybuilder but what ever i have learnt & earned in life is because of the guidance, training & positive approach imparted to me by Mr. Meharban Singh Virk.
