Bluedart has been one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had. They never deliver to your doors, Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. Today, they forced me to collect my order from their hub. One of their customer service executives even told me not to order right now as they "would not be able to deliver." Pro tip: If you see Bluedart as the courier, just cancel your order -- you're not going to get it anyway. Overall, very irresponsible service and pathetic customer support.

Blue Dart is the worst courier ever. They constantly lie, marking addresses as "wrong" even though I receive parcels from other companies at the very same location. Every single time, I have to call and push them to deliver, yet they keep lying that I wasn't home. I have CCTV cameras across my compound as proof, but their arrogant delivery agents still make excuses. They are dishonest, unreliable, and the scum of the courier industry. Brands beware: Using Blue Dart only destroys your reputation. They don't deserve to operate and should shut down.

Very bad service. Delivery ajent he didn't come to our house or area . They call from 3 km away and submit wrong address and wrong pincode.

Blue Dart has to be one of the worst courier services out there! My parcels are always delayed by 2-3 weeks, even when they should be delivered in a few days. And if that wasn't bad enough, they have a habit of losing parcels altogether without any proper response or accountability. Every time I track my shipment, they update the status as "wrong address", even when the address is 100% correct! This seems like an excuse to avoid deliveries or delay them unnecessarily. Their delivery agents are arrogant and rude, and instead of solving issues, they blame customers for their incompetence. On multiple occasions, I've had to visit their office to collect my parcel myself because they refused to deliver, citing random excuses like "door locked" when I was home the entire time. Their customer support is useless, offering no real help--just copy-pasting scripted responses. Avoid Blue Dart at all costs! If you want your parcels delivered on time and without drama, go for any other courier service. They don't deserve even 1 star..
