I had high hopes for Pro Ultimate Gym, but my experience has been disappointing due to poor service and unprofessional staff behavior. One major issue is that the staff switches off the AC at 9:15 PM, despite the gym's closing time being 9:30 PM. This makes the environment uncomfortable for members trying to complete their workouts. When I politely requested a staff member to turn the AC back on, I was met with rude behavior from an employee named Ankit. He dismissively claimed the issue was from the ground floor and even challenged me to write a review if I had a problem. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer comfort is unacceptable for a gym that should prioritize member satisfaction. While the facilities may have potential, the management needs to address these issues urgently. I hope this feedback prompts improvement, as I'd like to see Pro Ultimate Gym live up to its name. I'm aware that some may try to counter this review with overly positive ones, but I urge potential members to consider my experience before joining.
