Pro Ultimate Gyms Xpress

I had high hopes for Pro Ultimate Gym, but my experience has been disappointing due to poor service and unprofessional staff behavior. One major issue is that the staff switches off the AC at 9:15 PM, despite the gym's closing time being 9:30 PM. This makes the environment uncomfortable for members trying to complete their workouts. When I politely requested a staff member to turn the AC back on, I was met with rude behavior from an employee named Ankit. He dismissively claimed the issue was from the ground floor and even challenged me to write a review if I had a problem. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer comfort is unacceptable for a gym that should prioritize member satisfaction. While the facilities may have potential, the management needs to address these issues urgently. I hope this feedback prompts improvement, as I'd like to see Pro Ultimate Gym live up to its name. I'm aware that some may try to counter this review with overly positive ones, but I urge potential members to consider my experience before joining.

One of the most organised gym in city, rather i would say the best gym. Main usp of gym is trainer - shekhar. He always motivates all people to be disciplened in regularity,once you do that results are phenomenal. My personal expereince is since i have joined gym, my body has gained immense strength,stamina and musclemass. I have also lost lot of fat.Going to gym not only transformed me physically but given me lot of mental strength. This gym boasts latest state of art machines,generalised as well.as personal trainers and it has classy people coming to gym which helps create good atmosphere and safety for both male and female.Overall i would rate minimum4 star to this gym.

"I've been a member of pro Ultimate for 4 months and have had an amazing experience. The gym is always clean, and the trainers are super friendly and helpful (especially soni mam). They offer a wide range of equipment and knowledge. The membership costs 1500 per month, which I think is a great value. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great gym

The gym has nice equipments, it's quite spacious and value for money. The air conditioning is good. The trainers are also really helpful & well versed.I am under the guidance of soni mam and she is very helpful towards everyone .
