I have joined one month ago, when I started my running my timing is very bad, high jump only 3 feet and gola throw is only 13 feet, long jump is only 10 feet. Now I am running very well, my timing is 6 min for 1600 meters, gola throw is 22 feet, high jump is 4.5 feet, long jump is 14 feet. I am fully satisfied with this NPA. I also suggest that join the Nalanda physical Academy.
