To Amit , First of all , I came from Mauritius to meet my Uncle here in purnia . During this Course I came across the fitness founder owner Amit Yadav who is an expectional human being and Fitness trainer . The motivation and transformation which I got during my 21 days stay , There are no words to describe . He motivated me even when I was giving up , he Trained me with full dedication and honesty , With his personal experience and knowledge about this sport even during a minor injury he cured it so profetionally and Calmely and brought me back . I will take back whatever I have been taught and continue with the same flow and Amit and your partner , will for sure meet you guys in November this year to continue and meet the goal set . Not forgetting the diet plan . As said " No PAIN , NO GAIN " .
