THE NEXUS GYM

I am very passionate about where i train, i don't see fancy lights or equipment's or SFO style GYMs ,it should have positive vibes which is very tough to build and maintain throughout . This is a temple for me , Mr Ishan who is the owner has achieved good name with his hard work. Very humble and decent guy , gym is clean and it is maintained on regular interval and some one has said very right that (IS GYM MEIN SAHI FORM KE SATH WEIGHT LAGANA SIKH JAOGEY) ,good trainer and good atmosphere....lucky to be with NEXUS (and yes guys m not paid to write this so please see my insta account @fitguy3124 you will know urself)

One of the most equipped Gym, with all the required euipments to find a perfect body... Great place to find your shape.... Just to add on, now experienced trainer u can find here..Who will support u in all kind of exercises. I found the new trainer joined here . He is quite supportive and honest in his job. There is a new exercise machine for chest part. Rest is same.
