Metal N Bars Gym & Fitness Centre

Been working out at Metal and Bars Gym for a while now, and I have to say, it's been an awesome experience! The vibe is super friendly, and the open space makes it feel comfortable and not crowded. The gym is well-equipped with all the necessary machines and free weights, so no complaints there. Plus, they really prioritize female safety, which is a big plus. Overall, a great place to work out and stay motivated!

It's been 1.5 months in this gym and I have already lost 1.5 kg with immense increase in my daily energy level and strength. My stamina has increased my diet has improved. You meet the best people and trainer here... There are two teachers..Jayant Sir and Ankita ma'am, both with guide you and help you taking each baby step... and the best part is they guide you everyday everytime...they check if you are doing correctly. The aura of the gym is very positive and polite. I am a girl and as per safety purpose I must say this gym is a very safe place mentally and physically. I have been to many gyms in my life but as a girl I would say this gym is best place to be with best teachers.

Good gym near bhootnath road. All the machines are available here. Trainers are too good and friendly. Good atmosphere. A must visit gym.

Amazing gym with tremendous environment, best equipment, cleanliness and best thing here is the knowledgeable trainer i.e jayant bhaiya, he has deep knowledge about exercises & nutrition ,very friendly and well behaved...overall my experience is amazing here....

Great gym with numbers of equipments. Best thing is that the gym trainers give attention to each and every member of the gym. They've got really good knowledge about workout and nutrition plan. People should consider this gym if they are about to join one.

Awesome place to break a sweat, you won't find a better gym than this in the whole area, specious & has every equipment you may ask for. There is a separate area for cross-training which is not cluttered like other gymnasiums. A well thought layout for every section with appropriate equipments. In a nutshell, this is the best you're gonna get for the price you pay in the locality. A must join for every fitness freak. Well Done & cheers!!

Undoubtedly the best gym. Jayant bhaiya is very hardworking and dedicated person..IF U R IN METAL N BARS..U DON'T NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER..Coz JAYANT BHAIYA IS SUFFICIENT FOR UR TRANSFORMATION.. Best, safe and secure environment for girls..
