Gold's Gym, Boring Road

Very bad experience at Gold's Gym, Boring Road, Patna. The gym is not like before -- no floor trainer and unprofessional behavior . The front desk staff have no manners to talk, no sense of hospitality, and they don't even provide guest or travel passes. And arguing and misleading. As per Gold's Gym policy, a member can bring a friend using a 5/7-day guest pass, but here the staff don't even know how to treat guests properly. Even don't know policy and rule of actual gold gym. Mostly cardio machines are either damaged or poorly maintained. There's only internal politics instead of proper management. Really disappointing experience -- can't recommend this branch to anyone in the future. They've completely lost their brand value and professionalism.

I am really disappointed with Gold's Gym Boring Road, Patna. As a girl, I expected a safe and respectful environment, but sadly that was not the case. There is a particular group of boys (some with tattoos on their shoulders) who constantly pass bad and cheap comments on every girl about their body. I complained to the trainer and office staff, but no action was taken at all. This shows how careless the management is towards women's safety and comfort. The atmosphere is totally unhealthy for girls, and it feels very uncomfortable to work out here. Honestly, it's a complete waste of money and peace of mind. I strongly suggest not taking membership at this branch if you want a safe and professional gym environment.

Extremely poor management. The trainers are so unprofessional, apart from educating client about workout and diet they're always into phone scrolling or playing games. Trainers and few house keeping members are so rude. Ask them for a thing they're just shout back especially the female house keeping. Mr SHAMBHU the gym support staff is so polite and helpful. Rest all the internal members from the gym literally lack manner and professionalism. Thanks

Very poorly managed. With regular followups since last one year regarding maintenance of machines and other amenities but management is sleeping over everything. Hardly staffs like reception/help desk help and they are very rude and ill mannered. Equipments and machines are risky to use. Just they are hiking the charges against the services for which they don't deserve any penny. Overall complete mess. And i am writing this review in my 4th year and change in management has rather worsen the situation

Gold's Gym is really good! The machines are great, the place is clean, and the vibe makes you want to work out. The trainers help you properly and it's perfect for beginners and regular gym-goers. I enjoy my workouts here every time!
