This is second time i am working out here ,it is small & good for beginers although equipments are proper. All of the above the current gym trainer 'shushil bhaiya ' He could be the best trainer only if he want to train you or personally you want to learn in a perfect manner.. you must visit here
"Hey, it's been a day since I joined the gym, and I'm absolutely loving it! The gym is amazing, especially for girls . The trainer bhaiya he is so good & owner, and everyone else are super friendly. They teach you everything in a very approachable and comfortable manner. Plus, the atmosphere is fantastic, and there's even an adorable dog on site!
It's been few days, I'm going to this gym and it really is a good experience so far. The trainers are cooperative and friendly and the environment is also comfortable. They provide you with every possible amenities and gym equipments.

It has almost all of the things that a traditional gym has but typically at lower prices and without any pesky contract(compared to other exaggerated big names in boring road). Nice ambience.....knowledgeable trainers having past experience with Gold's gym. Clientele mainly consists of students but there one can learn from the scratch. Well furnished having good equipments. Safe and amicable place for girls, having a lady trainer to guide. Overall one of the most underrated gyms in the whole area. Just don't go with reviews, go there and experience yourself.
