Gym was really great, decent price, and the best thing about this gym was the trainer bhaiya, they are really helpful, highly recommend

Gym is spacious, with enough machines and equipments, Gym environment is great and trainer are very helpful too.

My experience at this gym has been absolutely terrible. The equipment is old and unsafe, with unbalanced dumbbells and a broken dumbbell rack, which has already caused injuries to several people. Despite multiple complaints, neither the trainer nor the owner has taken any action. The management is only interested in making money, not in customer safety or satisfaction. There is clear discrimination between male and female members -- from fee structure to training support, everything is biased and unfair. Worst of all, the staff and management will smile in front of you but talk behind your back. There is no professionalism and absolutely no respect for members. I strongly suggest others not to waste their money on this gym. Look for a place that actually cares about its members and offers a safe and respectful environment.

I had joined this gym 1 month ago and I am very grateful that I had joined this gym. This gym has all the facilities and very supportive trainers. Equipment vise it has everything you required. So if you are looking for the gym in Muzaffarpur. This is one of the best with a very genuine fee.

Extremely disappointing experience. The gym has poorly maintained equipment--many machines and dumbbells are either broken or unsafe to use. The hygiene is terrible, with dust everywhere and no proper cleaning of the workout area. The washroom is broken and unusable, which is unacceptable for any fitness facility. Overall, it feels like the place is neglected and not worth the money. Would not recommend until serious improvements are made.
