Gym is good but cost is much high for student,but trainer is very good and humble also owner is good and here thay maintain very hygiene and clean,also staff members is humble.overall good

Gold's Gym is highly disappointing for me. As someone who travels frequently, the lack of a pause or freeze option for memberships means my money is essentially wasted. The check-in process is outdated, relying on pen and paper, which is frustrating in this day and age. To make matters worse, rates are inconsistent and seem to depend on whether you're personally acquainted with the owner. The trainers are more focused on pushing personal training sales than actually helping members. Overall, it's not worth the time or money.
