This Gym has a nice guy as a coach. He will first tell you to build your basics by doing foundation exercises. I was only a member here for 2 months... I left later due to Covid Pandemic but they were very friendly and didn't laugh at anyone who was not able to do push ups as an adult and they even helped....... Definitely recommended.......
