The gym needs serious improvement in hygiene, maintenance, and equipment care. Many machines are rusted, and cleanliness is poorly maintained. Some equipment parts are loose, which can cause injury -- this clearly shows a lack of proper servicing. Due to the unhygienic conditions, I even got typhoid, and a few others have faced the same issue. The Mirchaibari branch has potential, but management really needs to take better care of safety and hygiene. I've raised complaints before, but no proper action was taken. Sharing this as genuine feedback, not hate.
