The gym has great equipment and a decent atmosphere, but the heat inside is unbearable due to poor ventilation. It's really hard to focus on workouts when it's so hot. I highly recommend installing some fans or improving the airflow to make the experience better for everyone.
I could say this is the best gym in this location. Very friendly atmosphere, well equipped machines, ample of space make this place more effective in terms of workout. Also they have perfect weight plates and bumbles which is very good. I would recommend all the fitness freak in the town to come over and explore.
One of the best gym not just in jamui but if you considered more big cities also this gym is great and affordable. I joined the gym and worked out there for 3 months i had left the gym due to study purpose and shifted somewhere else that's the main reason behind lefting this gym and now in the city where i am staying in my locality there's no such gym which can beat this and there fees are more than muscle garage. There are every equipments in this gym which is great to achieve your dream body and are of good quality brand "fitline".The members of this gym are great and friendly and the owner of the gym vaibhav bhaiya have a friendly and brother type behaviour. Seriously you will never regret after joining the gym.The gym is very spacious and you will not find it conjusted. I am really missing the gym and the bhaiyas with whom i was training
