This gym at bypass is outstanding because of gaurav sir who guides us very accurately and the gym is very neat n clean and hygienic I m working out here past 3 months and I am fully satisfied,

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy and customer service shown by this gym. I had signed up and paid in advance for personal training sessions. Unfortunately, after 2 days only I was unable to attend due to the sudden and tragic passing of my father. I informed and requested a refund or even a partial credit. Instead of showing basic human understanding during such a difficult time, they flatly refused any form of compensation or flexibility. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just a fair consideration given the circumstances. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who values integrity and decency in the businesses they support. Disappointed. Thank you for responding. Just to clarify, I joined personal training on April 8th (not in february, please check records properly) while I was in Gaya. Due to a family tragedy (the sudden loss of my father), I had to leave Gaya and am no longer residing there. That's why I couldn't come to the gym in person. FYI - I'm not a private doctor, so the comment was unnecessary.

This gym is very good and provide very good condition machines. The trainers are very friendly and the member of the gyn will also help begginers.

I have come from bairagi road just to get trained under gaurav sir,i have transformed under his personal training and must recommend everyone to take PT from gaurav sir He is very knowledgeable and the environment of gym is awesome
