BMW GYM, Dehri

I have been training since 1 year, Environment of this gym is awesome. Behaviour of trainer and gym owner is polite towards customer. Overall gym is good.

Gym is very good..... and the people in the gym are very disciplined.. there are only two or three people like this... who become more capable in the gym... they come in the morning... if you have to go to the gym at other times then everything is good

"I joined this gym thinking I'd get a six-pack in 3 months... turns out, the only pack I got was a protein shake pack. The equipment is top-notch and the trainers are amazing - they somehow manage to smile while torturing you with burpees and squats. Leg day here is basically a trap - you walk in like a hero and crawl out like a baby deer learning to walk. The vibe is great though, everyone looks like they know what they're doing (I still just copy the person next to me and pray for the best). But hey, I've learned that sweating, crying, and regretting life choices are all part of the process. Highly recommend this gym if you want to get fit, meet some great people, and discover muscles you never knew existed... because they will hurt!"
