Hi everyone, i have joined at Ladies Fitness Forum Gym for a few months now, and I must say it's been an incredible journey! The gym is well-equipped, clean, and has a great atmosphere. But what really sets it apart is the exceptional training and guidance provided by Puja ma'am.Puja ma'am is an amazing personal trainer who is not only knowledgeable but also passionate about helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. She's always pushing me to be my best,and her customized workout plans have helped me see significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness.I highly recommend everyone to give try to get best results!

I would rate beyond 5 if the stars exists more than 5 cause this gym is extremely outstanding. Exclusively for women , customized workout, diet plans. The coach Puja ma'am here are too excellent.The trainers here who would help you in your fitness journey. The gym is clean, hygienic and packed with positivity. Highly recommended for their crossfit (cardio&yoga)and strength training.I feel internally blessed with super guidance by Puja ma'am.

Awesome for complete turn over. Best gym in Danapur. Kbhi socha nhi tha, hamare Danapur me itna well equipped gym hoga with so experienced trainer. Puja dii take every member goal as is her own goal and work hard with her. She also provides diet chart individually. Highly recommended...

My experienced is so good. Am very much satisfied with the facility provided there.Specially the Trainer Puja mam thanks to her for the greatful effort for everyone she is taking. She is very strong and beautiful personality lady who treat everyone very equally she give proper attention on everyone.I only want to tell every women please take the advantage of this facility because we are lucky that we are having lady's gym in our locality.
