For a fitness studio in a multi-story building, this is beyond frustrating. Carrying gym bags up and down in this heat is not what I signed up for. AC Problems: The air conditioning is pathetic. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, other times it just blows warm air. Working out in such suffocating conditions is unbearable, especially in summers. Poorly Maintained Equipment: Many machines are outdated, broken, or unsafe to use. Handles are loose, treadmills make weird noises, and some equipment is out of order for weeks without repair. Unprofessional Management: Complaints are never taken seriously. They keep making false promises about fixing things but nothing ever changes. This gym is more of a health hazard than a fitness center. For the fees they charge, one would expect at least basic facilities like electricity, working lifts, functioning AC, and safe equipment - but sadly, Zumba Fitness Studio fails in every single aspect. My advice: Save your money and look for a professional gym elsewhere.
