One of the best gym in barh. Clean and hygenic. Good trainer.

An average gym as per the size of the town Barh.. Nice equipments are available, Number of free weights and dumbbells should be increased.. Not enough open space for cardio or HIIT. I am not sure if the trainers are certified or they just share their experience..

This is the best you can get in Barh. Although some strength training equipments are missing like squat racks, smith machines etc but you can manage your exercises without them too. They have only one adjustable bench which means you might have to wait for your set. Apart from that, they have got all the strength training and cardio equipments which work flawlessly. People over there are pretty friendly and helpful so newbies and first-timers won't have to feel awkward. Nevertheless, at the price they charge and in a small town with so few options, this is the place you would want to be at.

Here the trainers are very supportive and they focus in techniques as well and my favourite trainers are rajan bhaiya and my friend abhineet.
