The employees of Ara RTO office are doing a lot of wrong. My driving license is JH 05.....92226 which is trans and non-trans and my badge number is also there in it. I had given my license for renewal from Ara but the employees removed my badge number from the license. Ara RTO employees are saying that badge number does not work in Bihar, PSV is used here, so what I mean to say is that you should put the badge number which is used for passenger driving here, because my license had a badge number which is used all over India, if badge number is not used in Bihar, then why is it written to put the badge number at the back of Bihar driving license

There is no accessible parking here to park a two wheeler and there is too much corruption for applying license and other works also sataff have very rude behaviour for conduct more fees about any works.

Staff behaviour is non cooperative and showing unawareness on work

I applied for learner licence by myself through online and booked slot.On the appointment day I went there and given my test and got more than 6 mark out(One can't pass if he gets less than 6 mark out of of 10) of 10.Right after passing the test my licence got issued . Most importantantly for passing the test go through the question which are there on Sarthi Website. Neither your time will be wasted nor money,Moreover you will be a good vehicle driver .Medical Certificate is not required if the age is less than 40 year.
