The only good gym in faridpur town.though modern instrument is not that avaialble, but the basic equipments are enough for a good workout. flexible timing makes people of all actegory to hcoose their appropriate time and o workout there. The instructor is helpful and montly fee is low too.

This gym is a highly recommend gym in faridpur . It is open 6:00 am to 10:00 pm girls and boys have separate times girls:1 to 3 pm and boys have the rest .

I do exercise here. Very neat and cleane place to do exercise. Very humble and polite trainers. Very advance machines. All over the gym is perfect.
