You can also find here a small cloth shop beside the front desk. Trainer is well trained. He is a helpful guy. Also there are 3 person in the gym you can find here who will help you in the gym. Also female have separate part there you can find all types of equipment. Treadmill machine you can find there in both male and female section. This gym remains open from 7:30 am to 1 p.M and also 4 pm to 10 PM. Also you can do workout in Friday. that day gym opens from 4 pm to 10 pm. The owner of this gym is a good and gentle person . Total he has 4 gym.

One of the best gym in this area. Plenty of equipment and the place is clean. But the fees is high compared to other gym.
