- It's a great gym for beginners, there are a variety of equipment available and the monthly fee is also very low - The space is moderately big - Most equipments are only one in number so have to wait if too crowded - Very good behavior from the owner, manager and trainer - No air conditioning, single small changing area and just one washroom
Very popular fitness zone, nice place to workout & also one of the oldest gym in Dhalpur area. The machines pretty new and there is a good variety and numbers of training machines.
It's a good place. The trainer is well trained. He has been 'Mr. Bangladesh' for couple of times. It is cheap. And of course,it is the most famous and oldest gym of our area.
Tiny space but basics like trademill cycles and washroom facility are poor... You haveto pay extra 1000 taka for only trademill....no friendly trainer as well, basically he won't train you
