Well equipped and nice indoor environment. Both male and female separate gym hour. Male hour 7 a.m to 11. a.m in the morning and 6p.m to 11 p.m. in the evening. Female 11 a.m to 6 p.m

This gym located near Mirpur original 10 -- benarashi palli. Well occupied with equipments to give you a healthier fitness.

takes high fees in the name of running AC.Their water facility is worst.Washroom dont have water sometimes.No cold water facility.Gym is overcrowded at night.People around the gym are egoistic and makes excuses giving a routine. Only good thing is they got good amount of Dubbells I can say.
