It's a good setup overall. Do note that there is a ladies hour shenanigans from 1pm to 4pm and the usual 6pm to 9pm horde is ever present!

I didn't like the environment, place looks dirty, unorganized weight plates r everywhere. It is good enough for some people but not for me

Great gym . Separate working hours for ladies Which really helps. Great female trainer. And her classes are the best. At the end changing your body is all in your own hands.
