Very good gym in this area. Workout instrument are very good. And the service is awesome.

I have been going to this place for 3 months. The trainers are very helpful & friendly, the environment is good. All types of equipment & instruments are available to hit all different parts of almost all the body muscles. Except for the treadmill and cycle machines which are a bit rusty, all equipment are well functioning.

It's a good gym with necessary equipments. Members here have been benefited by coming here regularly. If one is looking for a good gym within budget, it's the one. But if I talk about its surroundings and how it looks, I have been to gyms in Rampura area as well and compared to those, Fitnex Gym needs more improvement. They should have a weekly routine for group classes, trainers should be available all the time, some more equipments should be added for cardio training.

It's a modern Gym in this area. There is no up-to-date gym like this in Mugda Para. The gym trainers are skilled enough and they try their best. For security all the time the closed circuit is controlled by the camera. Both boys and girls can exercise together and there are ladies hours also only for girls to exercise. It is open from Morning to Night every day except Friday.
