Don't fall for the fake 5 star reviews! Most of the so-called "good reviews" here are written by staff and trainers themselves. The manager sitting at the reception is unbelievably rude literally he has no idea how to treat his paying customers with respect. Yes, the equipment quality is decent, but the tredmils doesnt have incline options and don't expect variety--there are no advanced machines, and the gym space is cramped. Yet they charge 1800 BDT per month, which is a complete joke considering far better gyms are available at this price.you gonna get 2 steam session per month but the catch is the steam is available only thursday and for only 2 hours with separate 2 sessions .like 7-8 pm and 9-10 pm ..during that time the steam will be completely packed and also suffocating with really bad smell inside. About the trainers They couldn't care less about you unless you're throwing money at them or you are a girl. Their main job isn't training--it's manipulating you into buying overpriced personal training sessions or useless supplements like fat burners and BCAAs.but among trainers 1-2 guy is actually bit helpful and good . This place is complete joke !stay away

It's a good gym. All the instruments are available here, the trainers are very helpful, and it's always clean.

One of the best gyms I have seen in Mirpur. The main feature of the gym is that it is always clean.
