Honestly this is the only gyn in khilkhet with good equipments.

It is convenient from my home & has lots of instrument to do workout. Have space to do free hand exercise.

They have 5 treadmills and 3 of them are broken, I come around evening and most of the times I have to wait about an hour to use the treadmill and if I come around morning the caretaker is always sleeping, he doesn't turn on the AC on time not even the lights. I would assume only few people come around morning but it's still gym's open hours right? I usually come around evening but trainers are always busy, which is understandable but the treadmill and other facilities should be fixed. For example the equipments are all rusty, I can even get sick by it.

The gym has a very nice environment. It's fully air-conditioned. Trainer behavior is very good as well.
