This is by far the best gym I have ever been to in Dhaka! I trained here for 6 months and absolutely loved the experience. The facilities are excellent with unlimited access to both steam and sauna, which really makes it stand out. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming -- from the front desk to the trainers, everyone is always ready to help. Both male and female trainers are supportive, guiding you through your workouts with care and motivation. What I loved most is the warm environment. It never felt like just a gym -- it felt like home, surrounded by family. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for not just fitness, but also a positive and encouraging community

Best gym in Bashundhara. The instructors are amazing people. The equipment and atmosphere is top notch. Overall an excellent gym.

Always ac service, good machine available, whatever you need in a gym every thing is available

Equipment and staff are excellent. Saw a cockroach on the water dispenser though.
