Solid experience overall for a quick workout if you are in the area. Gym drop-in price of 125k is very reasonable. Front of house facilities very nice and comfortable, you can grab a coffee and even do some work. However, gym facilities are old and seem more suited to experienced gym goers and cross fitters. Limited machines, very basic equipment and not even a treadmill. Lots of free weights, that are mostly just stacked on the floor.

Such an epic gym, with heart, soul, grit & space! Several clear, clean open spaces to choose from, indoors or outdoors. The beautiful upstairs Hot Pilates & Barre Studio was an awesome surprise! I loved the cafe vibe, great service & delicious coffee with full breakfast and lunch menu's available. I wish I was here longer to enjoy 360 Move for longer! I'll be back

I love this Studio cause it's comfortable for me to do my workouts and work in my laptop in one Space. I don't waste my time for road. The gym is not new and not highest quality but it's more than enough to do power sets and functional training. And also there is a comfortable bar zone with A/C and pleasant music where I can sit with my laptop.

A great gym, with great balance. A perfect balance between classes, lifting, calisthenics, and martial arts. It's rare to find a gym that facilitates such intense training, and also an entirely friendly and relaxing atmosphere. 6 stars for all the staff. Always friendly, always helpful, and absolutely genuine

Fantastic gym with excellent classes. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, the staff are genuinely welcoming, and there's none of the attitude and ego you find elsewhere in the area.
