Restu Gym

Such a great local gym! For most of the day, it's super quiet, often almost empty, which is perfect for focused training. The equipment is excellent and very well maintained, so you can easily do all your push/pull/legs workouts. There's no air conditioning, but the two fans do the job, and you can adjust them as needed. The prices are unbeatable: only 100K for a week or 200K for a month. They also sell protein and creatine at the best prices I've found in Bali. Couldn't be happier with this place!

Grateful to stop at this local gym while on my journey throughout Bali. It had everything that I needed and it looks like you could order whey protein shakes since all the boys were having them lol. Super cool experience very funny music not what I expected from a bunch of adult males lol

Good gym considering the price (25k for one day). Not the best equipment. No airco. Hotels, food and gyms, follow me for the best tips and hidden gems. Budget friendly but high quality, all across the world.

Beatifulllll place. Underground, cultural and simple. The owner is so polite and has such nice vibes. Outside the gym there is a colourful and quite garden. I'll be back

I am very satisfied with this gym! It's a great place to exercise and it's always clean. For 175k, you can get a monthly subscription, which I think is a good price. What I also like about this gym is that both tourists and locals come here, but it's always quiet and not too crowded. The equipment in the gym is reasonably new and well-maintained, which makes exercising here even more enjoyable. The only downside is that there's no air conditioning, but there are fans that provide some cooling. All in all, I can definitely recommend this gym!
