This studio is so comfortable and fresh, it's natural gardens concept. Really refreshing and calming. I went here with my Karate Club to training. They also have sandbags and gym gears, so it's more than just a studio actually. Love it

EXCELLENT little gym. Small yet powerful. Great new treadmills with a nice view while you walk/ run. They have few machines but everything you need for a complete workout no matter what body part your working on. They have set weights up to 10KG, and dumbells where you can add more free weight if needed. Kettlebells, yoga ball, ab rollers, bands, TRX bands, heavy punching bags, many handle accessories for different grips, all with a great space for there fitness classes like Zumba, cardio drumming, core, and power (like Les Mills). There's even a bathroom and separate shower! I was blown away! What a little powerhouse of a gym. If you're a meathead you may need more machines, but really everything from backs to chest to legs, you're good! Row machines , smith and free weight bench, row machine different grips and bars, pulldown machine, pull up bar...the "whole shabang". The owner Tiara who runs the class is super friendly and knowledgeable. There's a big speaker system with bluetooth and even disco lights to get the party moving. She thought of all the little details. It's open air so no AC but plenty of fans and windows for a breeze. So much value packed into such a small space. What an amazing gym.
