My Favorite Gym in Bali!! Flash Gym Bali is truly something special. The gym itself is amazing, but what makes it unforgettable are the people,both the staff and the members. Everyone here is so genuine, welcoming, and full of good energy. It feels like a community, not just a gym. They have everything you could ever need: Two cold plunges A beautiful pool A relaxing sauna Top-notch boxing classes with incredible instructors The front desk team is always attentive and kind, and the overall environment makes you excited to show up every day. I absolutely love coming here, not just to train, but to be around such amazing people. If you're in Bali and serious about fitness, recovery, or just being part of a positive atmosphere, Flash Gym is a must!!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU WANT TO COME TO THIS GYM I've been going to this gym for two years, but honestly, I've never really felt happy here. I joined mainly because my partner loves working out here, and I wanted us to train together. From the start, I've always felt uncomfortable with the overall vibe mostly because the staff often seem unfriendly, which makes the atmosphere less welcoming. My partner always tried to stay positive, saying maybe the staff just aren't happy working here. But recently, he also had an unpleasant experience with one of the newer female staff members who was quite unfriendly as well. For the first time, he finally said he wants to move to another gym and we both feel relieved and excited to find a new gym with a friendlier and more positive environment.

Gym is incredible, big open room vibe with lots of machines and friendly staff. Had an amazing workout and the amenities are incredible. Highly recommend and only $10 AUD entry.

The best gym in Kuta. A very aesthetic gym with an industrial feel to it. They have pretty much all the machines necessary for a good workout. Enough plates and dumbbells and cable stations too. They have a cardio area upstairs and a functional room in the back with a boxing room above it. With the day pass you don't only get access to the gym, but also to the sauna and pool that they have behind the gym. Day pass goes for 100.000 RP which is definitely worth it and a good price in comparison to other gyms in Bali. Located about a 20 minute walk from the centre which is doable.

It was nice to have various machines, a swimming pool, and a sauna. It was good to get a protein shake after my workout : )
