Decent gym with a range of equipment and a selection of supplements available at the till. The equipment however is quite outdated and a bit shoddy, though it seems safe enough and well maintained. The gym is much smaller than the photos and other reviews suggest. So much so that free weight users are forced to take up space utilized by machines and other stations. I attended when the gym was very quiet, but any more than 10 people using the gym at one time would likely not be enjoyable. Nevertheless, I had a great workout and the process of finding the gym and gaining access was really simple. The music level was perfect, the cardio area was shaded from the sun, and iced protein shakes are available from the till for 20k IDR

Small but decent gym. Not super busy. Has most things you need for a decent session. Towel service Day pass was 30k which is very reasonable. Protein shake was 20k. Staff member was lovely and kind. Can buy supplements too.

Very reasonable price of 30k for daily pass and 100k for weekly pass. The machines are a little old, but they have a proper squat rack, and sufficient free weights. It's air-conditioned too.

It's small but it's not crowded. I' ve been many times at different hours. Staff are very friendly and the prices are really small. Now in october 2024, it's 30k / day and 150k / 2 weeks. I forgot the prices for 1 week and 1 month but are quite ok. Some equipment it's a little rusty and can be a little changed. Even the supplements are quite cheap. Anyway, per total the gym is one of the cheapest in all Bali.

Great value at only 150000 for a 2 week pass. They also sell protein here at a good rate. The gym itself is very small but they have managed to fit all the essential machines. I found that I didn't have to wait for machines very much.

It's a small gym. They have a few machines, dumbbells and barbells... The equipment is getting older but if you're around it's all you need. There's NO shower or locker rooms or restroom that I've noticed. It can get hot when there are many people working out. The value for money is GREAT! It isn't pretty - it's an old school gym.
