Body Factory Bali

My experience of being in this gym is through the joining the Continuum Athletics RC . Got free entry pass till 10am after completing the run . We arrived early at 5:57am as it was our first time visiting the gym. The gym staff was strict (to the point of ignoring us) to open exactly at 6:00am . So we stood outside waiting and taking selfies . Once we got in, service got better . Toilet and shower areas were well lit with white lights . There were plenty of storage cabinets . After the run, the staff gave us cold wet towels scented with lemongrass . Refreshing ! We showered before trying the ice pool followed by warm water pool and finally drying up at the open sunbath area . There is also a sauna . Overall, the gym is managed professionally, not overly fancy but functional . There is a small cafe by the side of the gym and plenty of food places right at the main road of the gym . Plenty of parking lots available for motorcyclists .

I have been working out here for a month and absolutely love all facilities! Besides their main gym area, they have a dedicated area for leg work outs, outside training and engaging classes especially for Hyrox and strength training. My favorite area is the recovery with sauna, hot and cold plunges, huge pool and day daybeds. Their staff is very well trained and helpful. The best gym in Bali so far.

The gym is exceptionally well-equipped with high-end machines, rare handles, and specialty equipment you won't find in most places. Everything is designed to support elite performance and precision training. The recovery zone is world-class: ice bath, infrared sauna, pool, sun lounges, and a peaceful vibe that makes it easy to relax and recharge. You could easily spend hours here rotating through recovery modalities. The Dispensary Cafe serves consistently fresh, clean, and delicious food and the staff are just lovely! Having access to healthy, customisable meals on-site is a huge plus for anyone focused on performance and body composition. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. The entire facility is spotless and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the standard they uphold. Honestly, I could spend all day here - it's like daycare for gym rats. If you're in Bali and serious about your training, Bodyfactory is a must-visit.

I tried a bunch of classes--Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Breathwork, and the Run Club--and the variety kept every day fresh and fun. The cafe deserves its own shout-out: delicious, macro-friendly meals that had me happily hanging around from breakfast till dinner. What really sets Body Factory apart, though, is the people. Every staff member--from the front-desk crew to the coaches--greets you by name and goes out of their way to help. The members are just as welcoming; I've made genuine friendships here that will last long after my Bali trip.
