I recently tried out this UFC gym, and it's fantastic! The staff are really friendly, and the equipment is top-notch. It's never too crowded, and the atmosphere is motivating. The trainers are super helpful too and they conduct free classes with the membership. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this gym has everything you need. Highly recommend it!
A new gym and a great facility. The place is new accessible to all people working in BFH and this is a great advantage since this would reduce their travel time and convenient. The facility has lots of great options treadmills stair masters Eleptical machines. Their weight lifting area is small but really good for quick workouts. The exercise area is good for classes. The second floor has boxing area and a spine g area. The coaches are friendly and we know most of them from Juffair gym.
To keep this brief, my 12-year-old son previously trained at UFC Juffair. Unfortunately, there were issues at that time that were beyond his control, as I've clearly explained in my previous comment on that location. What I find troubling, however, is the request from management to delete an honest comment of events--just so that my son could be accepted into the new branch. This request is deeply disappointing, especially considering that the management has made no real effort to improve since then. I came to this new location in the hope that the management would take their responsibility seriously, treating children with the respect they deserve and acknowledging the role parents play in supporting their children's growth. We live in the area( harbour))and my son has a genuine interest in learning MMA, but unfortunately, options are limited here in Bahrain . However, based on my experiences at both the Juffair and Harbour branches, I am now convinced that this is not an environment where I feel comfortable leaving my child. Until there is clear improvement in management and a commitment to respecting both the children and their families, I cannot, in good conscience, support this gym. Thank you for understanding.
Took 1 session with Junior and got hooked. His attention to detail, customised feedback and endless support was enough to convince to me join UFC. Great location and facilities too
