The gym staff is great, they remember the patrons and greet you with a smile. There is a small pool and some hot tubs if that's your thing. The gym has two parts and access is based on gender, so I can only speak to the "Gents" side when it comes to non-water fitness areas. The gym has a couple cardio machines (bikes and treadmills) a few machines (very few) and then a small area with some dumbbells (up to 24kg), a smith machine, a cable machine, and an easy curl bar with a preacher curl bench. Suffice to say, the gym is small and the equipment very limited. If you are a resident of the island the club seems convenient and, if you can get your exercise in with limited equipment, it's fine. If you are getting in the car to go to the gym, I imagine there are far better equipped facilities elsewhere.
